Institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Asset Management are putting $400 million of equity into programs focused on industrial real estate, to be managed by Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate investment firm.

Black Creek said the size of the commitment to invest from JPAM’s clients may increase in future. The firm has a history of $18.5 billion in development and acquisitions, it said in a recent statement.
